"I recently shopped around for motorcycle insurance because USAA doesn’t offer motorcycle insurance. The cost was ok and initial impressions were great. A month into my coverage from State Farm, I received a letter in the mail stating that my coverage will be dropped due to inadequate documentation. They needed my wife’s information. I never received an email or phone call to update this prior to the revocation of my policy. My wife cannot ride my motorcycle nor does she have a motorcycle license and I would have (eventually did) provide the information to the representative. Once I provided the information, I received a text that said thanks and nothing else. No documentation was provided that let me know if my policy was good or not. I then received a check in the mail a few days later and when questioning representatives, no one seems to know the status. My insurance gets revoked on June 12th. I feel that it is my responsibility to let others know this prior to making their decision to give State Farm their business. Their lack of training, incompetent employees, and use of outdated technology led to these issues. If they allow this to happen, imagine what would happen if you were to file a claim. Hopefully this helps someone."

"Unbelievable how quick and accurate it was to switch our insurance for a much lower rate. 😊 We have learned to cut out the middle and save money. I always heard that State Farm was a great company. "I’ve reached out to State Farm for the purpose of adding a second vehicle. I will let an attempt to get the car registered. When I added the second car, I was asked for a $96 payment. I wouldn’t think someone with an 840 Beacon score who has been with State Farm for over 25 years that could have been billed. A bit cheesy to me. The agent was only doing what she was trained to do."

"Called them to cancel my umbrella policy 2x in 2024, somehow they forgot to do it and charged me for the full year of 2024 and still billed for for 2025. I cannot stand such incompetency."

"Dylan Mills did an excellent job. Person I spoke to prior to him was far less astute. She said that system was Down and that she'd call me back when system was up again. Time passed and I called back, because if technical problem still an issue, I was going to contact a different company. At no time when I was on the phone with Dylan or after did the young lady with whom I'd spoken first, even try to re establish communication with me. You should pay closer attention to who you have representing your logo. Lucky for State Farm that Dylan was around in this particular case."
